Eligibility

Individuals 18 years or older who are male and are in recovery from substance use disorders or seeking to maintain sobriety. Individuals must agree to follow program rules and participate in recovery-related activities. Accepts individuals participating in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) with proper documentation.

Required documents

Photo ID, proof of income, medical or treatment records, documentation for prescribed medications when applicable.
